Nadine Jubb (Regional Coordinator; Nicaragua)

She has written and presented many papers on the Nicaraguan women’s police stations (WPS) on the basis of dissertation and other research, including two external evaluations of the Nicaraguan WPS. Her research on violence against women and WPS researched violence against women and WPS in Latin America, as well as a situational analysis of violence against women in sub-Saharan Africa. She has also done research, advocacy, teaching and facilitation for universities, NGOs, bilateral and multilateral agencies, and women’s organizations. Her work is specialized in the fields of gender and security sector reform, advocacy, funding for development, women’s movement organizing, and gender mainstreaming. She lives in Nicaragua.
